This flint property in West Sussex had been extended and divided over the years. With the new owner wishing to renovate and adapt to modern living, a full set of plans were required to aid with the design and planning process.
The owners wished to extend this property to meet the needs of a growing family. We were able to quickly provide an accurate set of plans to allow the architect to reconfigure the layout to suit their needs.
A site that contained a tired porta-kabin building that was no longer adequate for the needs of the tenants, was up for redevelopment. A Topographical survey and outline elevations were required to aid with the design of a new development.
This campus required a basic site layout to assist with future planning and arranging public foot movement and vehicular access during events. With the use of Drone data, we were able to cover a large area in just a few days to keep the project cost effective for the client.
This client site was looking to be redeveloped. The architects required a set of outline detail elevations to help with rights of light assessment. With the surrounding properties being residential and sensitive, the survey team were able to access the roof and collect data discreetly and efficiently with the laser scanner.
With the clients wanting to extend in to the loft space, the architects required an accurate layout of all the structural elements of this loft space. Using laser scanning technology, the survey team were able to collect all the information required.
